Zoë is Zenlytic's LLM-powered AI data analyst that helps you move from facts to decisions. Rather than requiring users to wait days or weeks for a dedicated data team to analyze information, Zoë can deliver insights in minutes. The AI analyst can understand natural language questions, dig deeper by asking clarifying questions, read unstructured data, and query your company's data lake to answer business intelligence inquiries quickly and consistently.

Zoë operates through a semantic layer that acts as a governing mechanism between the AI and your databases. This semantic layer is a centralized catalog of all your business metrics and definitions. You're not working with a free-wheeling text-to-SQL tool—instead, every question you ask goes through this governed layer to ensure Zoë's answers always use your organization's official, consistent metrics. For example, if "Total Gross Revenue" is defined in your semantic layer as revenue from product sales plus shipping, Zoë will use that exact definition every time. The Explore interface is a general-purpose interface designed for answering "What" questions that lead into "Why" questions. Users can easily slice and filter key metrics, such as looking at the number of customers by acquisition channel who have spent more than $200 in the last 3 months.

Users can access saved views of their data by navigating to the Dashboards section in the top navigation bar and then clicking on a dashboard name. Furthermore, by clicking the three dots on any plot, users can enter an interactive interface and ask follow-up questions about that specific plot.
